Warburg Pincus LLC and Prosus Ventures (formerly Naspers) co-lead the $150 million Series D round in The Good Glamm Group. With a post-money valuation of $1.2 billion the Good Glamm Group enters the unicorn club. This is a 12-fold increase in valuation from $100 million in March and $300 million in July this year.
